Not yet in force. This is a working draft describing how the RadarCipher software actually behaves. It deliberately does not name an operating company, a registered address, a governing jurisdiction or a supervisory authority, because those have not been established. It must be completed and reviewed against the production hosting arrangements, sub-processors, payment flow and operating entity before RadarCipher is offered commercially.
What RadarCipher is
A subscription service that reads the business systems you connect and identifies work that appears not to have happened — unanswered leads, customers waiting on a reply, stale opportunities, quotes with no follow-up, and commitments with nothing recorded against them.
It is a detection and workflow product. It is not a system of record, and it does not replace your CRM, mailbox or task system.
What it will not do on its own
RadarCipher does not contact your customers without a person approving it. It recommends, it drafts, and it waits. Approval is performed by somebody in your organisation with the role to give it, against the exact content on screen.
It reports what happened rather than what it attempted: a queued action is described as queued, a failed one as failed. It does not treat an attempt as a success.
Detection is a judgement
RadarCipher applies detectors to the data available to it. It can raise something you decide is unimportant, and it can fail to raise something that mattered — for instance when the relevant activity happened somewhere it cannot see.
It is a tool that helps your team notice things. It is not a guarantee that nothing will be missed, and it is not a substitute for your own commercial judgement.
Your account and your organisation
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials to yourself, for who you invite into your organisation and the role you give them, and for having the authority to connect the systems you connect.
Do not use RadarCipher to break the law, to breach the terms of a system you have connected, or to attempt to reach another customer’s data.
Plans, payment and cancellation
Plans, prices and limits are as published on this site and in the product, and the two are generated from the same catalogue. Where a plan includes a trial, the trial length is the one the product applies.
Payment is processed through PayFast by VirtualCoreX, which develops RadarCipher. VirtualCoreX is the merchant of record for RadarCipher subscriptions, and is the name that will appear on your statement.
You can cancel from inside the product. Cancelling stops the renewal at the end of the period already paid for; your account then becomes read-only rather than being deleted.
Needs confirmation before launch: Refund terms, tax treatment and VAT handling, invoicing arrangements, and the merchant and consumer-protection disclosures required in the jurisdictions RadarCipher will be sold in.
Availability
RadarCipher publishes no uptime commitment. It is a new product, and a service level is a promise that should be made only once it can be measured and stood behind.
Your data
Your organisation’s data remains yours. What RadarCipher stores and why is described in the privacy notice. You can export it, and you can ask for it to be deleted.
Changes
These terms will change as the product does. Material changes will be notified to organisation owners by email before they take effect.
Needs confirmation before launch: The contracting entity, the governing law and jurisdiction, limitation of liability, warranty disclaimers, indemnities, and the notice period for material changes — all of which need legal review against the operating company once it is established.
